The ideal applicant will work with regular nominees. The RS will serve Hiring Managers and the Customer to polish, improve, and follow policies that give a continuous pipeline of able candidates. You will ask how to grow existing plans and provide feedback by analysis.
You will also design new policies using your skills in similar areas by science, technology, or private sector environment.
