Canadian forces morale and welfare services are in charge of handling nonpublic property for the sake of chief defence officials. It provides facilities for selected public morale and welfare initiatives. It is looking for confident and motivated candidates for the post of Senior Manager. 

Duties of Senior Manager

The Senior Manager will develop, assess, and execute policies, programs, and services to support sick and injured Canadian Armed Forces members and their relatives as per the guidelines and order of the Canadian Armed Forces.

As Senior Manager, you will build up partnerships with different associations, such as Director General Compensation and Benefits, Department of National Defense (DND) Finance Department. It guarantees coordinated effort and collaboration, sharing of data, and oversight of the plan.

Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) gives projects and administrations to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the Defense community. These projects and administrations are expected to boast confidence, flexibility, and status by upgrading mental, social, physical, and financial prosperity.
