Duties of Senior Lease officer:

As a senior lease officer, selected will be answerable for establishing an office for lease review function to support services provided to Members of the House of Commons. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support, research, and analysis at the House of Commons’ corporate office leasing program.

It is the responsibility of the incumbent to analyze and monitor the House of Commons leases office to ensure compliance with policies. The senior officer will manage lease management and valuation to identify issues and suggest alternative solutions to Members of Parliament.

As a team member, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all leases documentation and agreements are managed within the dedicated data management system to support the financial operation team.

Duties of Senior analyst:

As part of a team, you will research, analyze, prioritize, communicate and document alerts which may devalue the quality of the services. With its wide range of domains, monitoring will reveal you to leading technologies and expand your skills.

This position is for a self-oriented person who bases their conclusions on factual information. The incumbent will be part of an IT organization that includes Design Development and Architecture Support to grip your findings in developing better solutions.
