A Talent Management Officer(TMO) will play a central role in supporting the development, promotion, and contribution to talent management solutions. To complete the task, you have to work with the Talent management specialist, manager, colleagues, and other people.
The coordination, organization, accession, and recommendations for the improvement of center-wide programs will be planned by you. The incumbent will plan a program to find creative solutions for the challenges that add value to the management goals.
To support the development of talent management strategies and initiatives, you will research, analyze, and monitor data. Furthermore, You will also ensure that IDRC fulfills its legal obligations regarding the official language, Employment equity, and record upgrades.
In addition, you will also report on people and corporate Cultural key performance indicators and administer, manage, and maintain the talent management functions of our new human resources management system.
The candidate should have a minimum experience of 3 years in learning and development and one other talent management function. Some of the functions are;
- Planning, coordinating, and providing improvement plans
- Supervising and analyzing data and prepare reports on data
- Monitor risk factors and update management on expected outcomes.
