The Department was created in 2019 with the alliance of two previous sections, Family and Community Services (FACS) and justice. By joining, the two previous offices are now ready to work collectively to help everyone’s right to get equity.
It works to support families, and help early interference and inclusion, grant benefits for the whole population. Corrective Services New South Wales gives expert correctional aids and plans to overcome the risk of re-offending and improve public protection.
It serves as an office of the NSW Communities and Justice Sector by giving an efficient, reliable, and friendly management of offenders both in jail and in the community. CSNSW also serves society with other state and community agencies to support offenders and their families.
About the role
This role must provide expert administrative duties within a custodial-based team setting. It includes the plan of administrative help to the team, use of computer systems to update and keep reports relating to offenders and management of archived information.

They will have solid abilities in the use of technology, including computer skills. The thriving aspirant will be attentive to confidentiality limitations at all times in performing their task.
